GoCalAI provides voice and text AI services for businesses. These terms cover this website, demo requests, and GoCalAI’s own demo messaging program. A demo request is a request to arrange a demonstration; submitting it does not confirm an appointment or purchase.

GoCalAI demo SMS program

Sender and purpose: GoCalAI sends text messages about your GoCalAI demo request, including scheduling confirmations, reminders, and follow-up responses.
Opt-in: Enter your mobile number and select the optional, unchecked SMS consent checkbox on our demo request form, then submit the form. Providing a phone number alone is not SMS consent.
Optional consent: SMS consent is not a condition of purchase or requesting a demo. You may leave the checkbox unchecked and communicate by email.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your demo request and interactions with GoCalAI.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out; no further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
Help: Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].
Privacy: See our Privacy Policy. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Delivery: Delivery is subject to carrier availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable use

Provide accurate information and only submit a mobile number you are authorized to use. Do not misuse the website or messaging program.

Service availability

We may change or suspend website features. Services are provided as available, subject to any separate agreement you have with GoCalAI.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will publish the current version here. Changes to these terms do not expand an existing SMS consent to new message purposes.
